Step 1: Initial Consultation
When you submit a quote inquiry, you will be contacted by email or phone to discuss in greater detail the work you want done. We will schedule a meeting to talk through your options and get you a rough price.
Step 2: Review Quote & Finalize
If you would like to proceed after receiving the rough price, we will get plans drawn by our draftsman that you purchase and are yours to keep. With those plans, we are able to get you a proposal with an exact price and clarify in detail the scope of the project.
Step 3: Building Process
Upon receiving a signed contract, we will start the permit process regardless of our schedule so that we are not delayed by the county and will be able to start when the time comes.
Step 4: Project Completion & Client Review
Once the permit is received, we will get the foundation in the ground or begin whatever first steps are applicable to your project. Then we are ready to get rolling! The less changes made, the quicker your project goes. However, if you do want to make a change, that's no problem! We are equipped and excited to make your dream a reality.
